I don't know what you all this but I posted a thread months ago and now I can't find it cuz I don't know what it's called. I want a splitter or coupler adaptor or whatever you call it... two 1/4 inch female on one end and 1/4 inch male on the other.

I have one but it's junk... very loose fitting In's. You can get these at Radio Shack. In that old thread, someone posted a pic and it looks like what I have. I would think there would be something that's high quality SOMEwhere.

This is for... on back of my keyboard, mic input is 1/4" input. With a splitter or Y connector, I can also put my acoustic guitar in there.

Of course, I can use a mixer and I do, but the signal is not reliable due to loose connection. If I can get a decent enough signal, that means I wouldn't have to mess with a mixer and could just use the Yamaha psr2000 onboard mixer. Although, it would be mixed in with the mic. But my guitar has electronics , as well. I don't know if this will work good enough but I think it might.

Bill I have a passive mixer with volume controls the size of a pack of cigarettes you can try. I can't use it you can get it to try when you get to town. Don has seen it he might have more information and be more help.

Bill, Nady has a tiny little passive mixer for around $15.00 that can be batttery powered. It would give you much more flexibility for this application. Chck out Musician's Friend or the Nady website.

I found a 2-1 Y-cord that seems to work. Bill picked it up this afternoon to try.

Mr. Ed, yep, that first one is the one I have. The second one is (I think) the one Don has... which I forgot to get from Don yesterday.
